Periodic fees and monthly tuition support the services we provide and fund the Crowley United Methodist Preschool program. A non-refundable registration fee is required upon enrollment. Tuition is calculated on a daily pro-rated rate, allowing you to make equal monthly payments. Full payment is required each month regardless of your child's attendance. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a late fee applied if payment is not received by the 10th.

Additionally, a supply fee of $50 per semester will be charged to your Brightwheel account to cover the daily supplies your child will need. If your child requires special wipes due to skin sensitivity, please inform us so we can accommodate their needs. CUMP uses fragrance-free and latex-free products.

As a non-profit organization, we rely entirely on tuition to cover teachers' salaries. Any outstanding fees after the 10th will result in the suspension of your child’s enrollment until the balance is paid.

Tuition payments can be made via bank draft or credit card through the Brightwheel app. A bank draft incurs a $0.60 fee, while credit card payments are subject to a 3.25% transaction fee. No reductions in tuition are provided for absences, holidays, or weather-related closures as determined by CISD. Please note, CUMP does not offer make-up days for weather-related closures.
