Crowley United Methodist Preschool Student Illness Policy

Parents/Guardians will need to sign and submit an agreement form for both the Handbook and the Illness Policy. These forms will be provided during Orientation. It is each parent/guardian's responsibility to thoroughly read the policies. By signing the agreement, you confirm your consent to adhere to the outlined procedures.
